If booking workshops as a couple

​

• Choose "Leader (couple)" or "Follower (couple)" and name your partner

• Each partner has to fill in the form separately and name the other as his/her partner

• We will email you both back payment details and confirmation of your chosen workshops

• When we have received payment from both partners your booking will be confirmed

• Registration for the workshops can be combined with the milonga package

If booking workshops as a single leader or follower

​

• Choose "Single Leader" or "Singler Follower" 

• You will receive an email that you will be placed on a waiting list and advised if/when there is a matching partner along with payment details

• When we have found a matching partner the payment details will be given allowing 14 days time to issue your payment

• Payments prior to our notification can not be accepted

• Exception: If you book solo workshop only, there is no matching partner required

• Registration for the workshops can be combined with the milonga package

If you register for Milongas only

​

• Fill in the registration form, naming of partner is optional

• We will email you back payment details

• Confirmation will be sent when we have received payment

• It is also possible to buy milonga tickets on every evening at the front desk without registration

 

All bookings are non-refundable

In the unlikely event that we cancel the festival, full refunds will be issued.
