If booking as a couple, please provide both names and we will email you back payment details and confirmation of your chosen workshops. Only when we receive payment will your booking be confirmed.

 

If booking workshops as a single Leader or Follower you will be placed on a waiting list and advised if/when there is a matching partner along with payment details.

All bookings are non-refundable. 

We strongly advise you to have the appropriate cancellation insurance in place before booking.

In the unlikely event that we cancel the festival, full refunds will be issued.

• Fill in the registration form. If you’re registering as a couple, each partner has to fill in the form separately and name the other as his/her partner.

• You will receive a reply within 14 days. If we are not able to accept a registration within 14 days we will add it to the waiting list. We will get in touch again when a vacant spot opens up.

• With the acceptance of your registration payment details will be given allowing 14 days time to issue your payment. We will not send reminders. Your spot may be lost and given away if your payment is not received within 14 days. Payments prior to our notification can not be accepted.
