Bruno Tombari
&
Rocío Lequio

Buenos Aires

Working together since 2014. From the beginning they work in various areas of tangoas performers, teachers and organizers. As dancers they offer shows in renowned milongas around the world, tango festivals and

private events. As teachers, they are internationally recognised for colleagues and students for their

unique way of teaching. As organizers, they run La Mandrilera Milonga, a social dance space that has

grown for the last ten years, becoming one of the most important places for students of all levels. Beginners choose this space for starting their tango journey

because of the relaxed and not judging environment, as well as intermediate, advanced and professional dancers, to develop their technique and creativity.

This couple has studied together with the most

important tango teachers such as Gustavo Naveira, Giselle Anne, Chicho Frumboli, Carlos & Rosa Forte, Dana Frígoli and Pablo Villarraza.

The game, the freshness and the enjoyment are

recurring words when describing their dance, as

well as a deep connection and presence. They

understand this dance as an independent

union where each one contributes from their

role to achieve comfortable, fluid and musical communication. Their classes follow the same path where dynamism and humor are combined with technique and creativity in the exercises, creating a relaxed and enjoyable environment so that learning and practicing tango is more effective.

Yaara Melamed

Tel Aviv / Bologna

Yaara is a professional dancer and creator specializing in contemporary dance and Argentinian tango.

Raised in Tel Aviv, she moved to Italy to advance her career as a dancer, creating and performing projects after graduating from divers professinoal training programs.

Yaara was always close to Agentinian tango as her parents dance, and so she grew up in milongas watching couples dance and listening to Pugliese. When she was 18 she started tango herself and fell in love. Later on she discovered Argentinian folklore and with it a whole new world, proceeding to dance and teach it with passion.

Today she works both internationally and locally in Bologna, giving workshops, classes and performances.

"My philosophy of dancing is that we each should welcome our life experiences and uniqueness into our movement. We will never make the same movement the same way, and to me that is what makes dancing so wonderful."

At El Huracan Yaara will do 2 workshops in Argentine folklore
